The results indicate that job placement has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a calculated t-value greater than the critical t-value (12.879 > 1.68195) and a significance level of 0.000. Furthermore, work motivation has an effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t-value greater than the critical t-value (9,921 > 1.68195). Simultaneously, job placement and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by an F-test calculated value of 83.845, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.226, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
