<![CDATA[This study aims tothe effect of determine the effect of job placement and work motivation on employee performance. This quantitative study was conducted at the the IPB Student Dormitory Management Unit. The sample consisted of 44 employees. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data were obtained from a questionnaire distributed via a computer application using a Likert scale. The results indicate that job placement has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a calculated t-value greater than the critical t-value (12.879 > 1.68195) and a significance level of 0.000. Furthermore, work motivation has an effect on employee performance, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t-value greater than the critical t-value (9,921 > 1.68195). Simultaneously, job placement and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by an F-test calculated value of 83.845, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.226, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that, individually, job placement and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at IPB student Dormitory Management Unit, and that, simultaneously, job placement and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at the IPB Student Dormitory Unit.]]>
