Identification of plant species in the campus area of Dhyana Pura University (Undhira) Bali Province was carried out for data collection of plant species and conservation efforts in the campus environment. The method used in the research is the exploration method by collecting data on plant species in the campus area, based on morphology, plant species were determined using data from plant of the world and recording the benefits of each plant. The results obtained were that there were 52 plant species with habitus categories consisting of trees 59%, shrubs 31%, shrubs 6%, herbs 2%, epiphytes 2%. Results based on the highest uses or benefits of plants have potential as plants. The number of plant family groupings in Undhira was 33 families with the largest distribution of families being Mrytaceae (10%) and Asparagaceae (10%). Based on the data of plants included in the IUCN list from the observation results, there is one type of plant that is endangered, namely Pine (Pinus palustris Mill.) and two types with vulnerable status, namely sawo kecik (Manilkara kauki (L.) Dubard) and badung tree (Casearia flavovirens Blume). The discovery of the highest use as a medicinal ingredient can be the basis for the development of traditional medicinal plants as educational and practical materials by students and lecturers in the Undhira campus environment.
