The development of digital technology is changing the pattern of faith formation, spiritual relationships, and contemporary church life. Congregations face a flood of information, moral relativism, religious disinformation, and contemporary digital algorithm culture. Christian leadership requires deep spirituality to shape the resilience of the congregation's faith centered on Christ sustainably. This study aims to analyze the spirituality of Christian leadership to strengthen the resilience of the congregation's faith in facing the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach showing that the spirituality of leaders strengthens the integrity, exemplary, and pastoral development of contemporary congregations. Theological digital literacy and resilient faith communities increase the discernment and spiritual resilience of congregations. This study offers a model of Christian Value-Based Spirituality of Christian Leadership to strengthen the resilience of the faith of digital congregations. Where, this model integrates prayer, the Word, contextual discipleship, theological digital literacy, and resilient communities.
