<![CDATA[This study aims to identify effective Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning strategies in addressing moral decadence among adolescents in the digital era, particularly bullying behavior, at SMA IT Baitul Qur'an Bandar Labuhan. Moral decadence among adolescents in the digital era includes behaviors such as bullying, promiscuity, and social media anxiety resulting from exposure to technology without the filter of religious values. Bullying is chosen as the focus because it is a primary indicator of moral decline among students in the digital school environment. This research employs a field research approach with a qualitative method. Data were collected through non-participant observation over three months involving 30 eleventh-grade students, interviews with PAI teachers, students, the school principal, and parents, as well as documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification using method triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results show that an expository learning strategy, complemented by initial motivational guidance (7 minutes) and closing motivation (10 minutes) during lessons, is effective in addressing adolescent moral decadence. This strategy integrates Islamic values directly and systematically through aqidah akhlak instruction (2 hours per week), incorporating discussions of cyberbullying cases, role-playing simulations of victims and perpetrators, and monitoring of daily reflective journals.]]>
