Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Curriculum Based on the IQF on PAI study program of FAI UMSU, PAI Study Program of FAI UISU and PAI study program of FITK UIN SU which includes three research focuses: Mechanism of curriculum change, curriculum development and compilation models, and KKNI based curriculum. This type of research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The instruments used in the study were observation, interviews, documentation studies and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Analysis of the data used includes three steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that: The KKNI-based lecture process carried out on the three study programs studied showed varied results. For PAI study programs of FAI UISU, lecture activities have not fully implemented the KKNI curriculum due to the absence of effective coordination between faculty leaders, study program leaders and lecturers to conduct lectures with the KKNI. Only a small proportion of PAI study program lecturers apply the KKNI. Furthermore, in the PAI study program of FAI UMSU, all lecturers have implemented the KKNI with the firmness of the leaders of higher education institutions, faculties and study programs as well as the supervision of the MONEV team (Monitoring and Evaluation) formed by the faculties and study programs. Besides that, the availability of adequate facilities that support lectures with the KKNI curriculum is also available. Meanwhile, in the PAI study program of FITK UIN SU, not all lecturers applies the KKNI curricula in their lectures. This is due to the lack of firmness and necessity of the study program to implement the KKNI, so that some lecturers do not apply it. Abstract

This study aims to (1) find out the results of students' Islamic religious learning between groups taught with Edmodo-based E-learning higher than the results of students' Islamic religious learning taught with WhatsApp. (2) knowing the learning outcomes of Islamic students among groups of students who have higher learning independence than Islamic religious learning outcomes of students who have low learning independence; (3) To find out the influence between Edmodo-based E-learning and learning independence on the learning outcomes of Islamic students. This type of research is a quantitative research using the quasi-design of experiments. The population of this study is a class VIII student of SMP Negeri 7 Medan with a sample of class VIII C with as many as 33 students as an experimental class and class VIII A with as many as 32 students as a control class. Data collection uses tests and questionnaires and data analysis using a two-track ANOVA. The results showed that the results of learning the Islamic religion of students taught with Edmodo were higher than the results of learning Islamic religion students who were taught with WhatsApp. Islamic religious learning outcomes of students who have high learning independence are higher than the results of Islamic religious learning students who have low learning independence. There is an interaction between Edmodo and learning independence towards the results of learning Islamic religion students in grade VIII of SMP Negeri 7 Medan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh aplikasi faraid berbasis android dan metode resitasi terhadap kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa di MAN 1 Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Sampel berjumlah 68 orang kelas XI MAN 1 Medan. Sesuai dengan analisis data, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagi berikut: 1) Ada perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis siswa yang belajar menggunakan aplikasi faraid berbasis android dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode belajar resitasi di kelas XI MAN 1 Medan dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,039 < 0,05 dengan nilai F sebesar 2,796 > 1,69. 2) Ada perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis pada siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal rendah di kelas XI MAN 1 Medan dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai F sebesar 16,488 > 1,69. 3) Ada interaksi hasil belajar siswa ditinjau dari kelas belajar dan kemampuan awal yang dimiliki siswa di kelas XI MAN 1 Medan dengan nilai sig. sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 dengan nilai F sebesar 1,733 > 1,69

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan sebuah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberitahukan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori terhadap para pembacanya. Dan akan membahas tentang penerapan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori pada pelajaran SKI yang merupakan salah satu dari strategi yang dipakai dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran SKI. Adapun peneliti dalam melakukan riset atau penelitian ini pembahasannya menggunakan metode study pustaka (library research). Mengenai arah atau tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini, yaitu upaya menganalisis tentang keefektifan dari strategi.pembelajaran.ekspositori pada pelaksanaan pelajaran SKI pada sekolah. Di mana hasil dari pembahasan ini memperlihatkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran ekspositori cocok untuk digunakan pada pelajaran SKI di sekolah. Pada umunya pembelajaran SKI terkesan monoton dan bahkan membeosankan. Maka dengan adanya strategi pembelajaran ekspositori ini, pembelajaran yang sebelumnya monoton dan membosankan akan menjadi aktif dan menyenangkan. Dan kesimpulan yang didaptkan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah strategi ekspositori cukup efektif digunakan sebagai strategi pembelajaran SKI, siswa aktif dan tidak bosan dalam pembelajrannya. Strategi ekpsositori ini termasuk metode yang dikerjakan guru guna memberikan penjelasan mengenai fakta (suatu hal benar adanya), gagasan bahkan infomasi yang penting lainnya kepada para siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to be oriented towards describing the methods of Islamic religious education teachers to increase motivation to study Islamic religious education in the post-COVID-19 pandemic period at MTs Al-Washliyah 18 Tembung for the 2022-2023 academic year. This type of research is called qualitative research. To obtain the data needed in this study, it is used in the form of data, either in writing, orally, or in actions observed through observation and interviews. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach; this method utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. In this study, the methods applied to learning Islamic religious education were cooperative learning, project-based learning, and interactive multimedia implementation. The selection of the method used is considered based on the backgrounds and learning styles of students in the MTs environment. Al-Washliyah 18 Tembung

Abstract

Elementary-age children are the "reflection of Indonesia" of the future. This age phase is the generation of Indonesian human resources (HR) at the golden age of 1 century of independence. Not only intellectually, but children of primary age are also expected to have skills and character, including religious values. This paper aims to analyze the internalization of religious values for elementary-age children with a research background at Islamic elementary school at Biak Muli Kutacane, Aceh Tenggara. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data were collected by using interviews, observation and documentation techniques. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The data validity test used the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that the internalization of religious values for elementary-age children at Islamic elementary school is classified into 3 (three) parts, namely Tahfiz Alquran, Clothing, and Religious.

Abstract

Pedagogic competencies are urgently needed by teachers, but unfortunately, learning in tertiary institutions is not fully capable of forming these competencies. There are several problems that are often experienced, but several universities certainly have their own efforts to overcome them. This study aims to analyze the problems of pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators, efforts to establish pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators, and success factors in efforts to establish pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators. The research was carried out at the PAI STAI Sumatra Medan study program using a qualitative research type based on a case study approach. Research informants, namely study program leaders, lecturers, and students of the PAI study program, The results of the study reveal that: (1) the problems of pedagogic competence in PAI educator candidates, namely the distribution of subjects that are not dominant in pedagogic competence, learning is not yet fully practical or field study in nature, prospective educators master the material but it is difficult to manage learning, prospective educators often apply style classical teaching, domination of mastery of western-based pedagogical competencies; (2) efforts to establish the pedagogic competence of prospective PAI educators are carried out in four steps, namely updating the curriculum, establishing a laboratory tsanawiyah madrasah, skill-based learning orientation, forming an integration-based academic culture; (3) the success factor in the effort to establish competence can be seen from the positive student response to the various steps implemented by the study program leaders, especially the establishment of a laboratory tsanawiyah madrasah.

Abstract

Membaca dan memahami Al-Quran hukumnya wajib bagi umat islam karena Al-Quran merupakan pedoman hidup bagi manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk mencari tahu akselerasi program literasi Al-Quran dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Quran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAS Budi Agung Medan yang berlokasi di Jl. Platina Raya No. 07, Rengas Pulau, Kec. Medan Marelan, Kota Medan Sumatera Utara menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumentasi. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa program literasi Al-Quran dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa membaca Al-Quran. Pola yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa membaca Al-Quran secara beramai-ramai di lapangan sekolah selama 30 menit. Bantuan penuh yang diberikan oleh seluruh warga sekolah yang meliputi kepala sekolah, pendidik, staf, pekerja, serta variabel pendukung luar yang berasal dari keadaan siswa itu sendiri, misalnya keluarga dalam melaksanakan latihan kemahiran Al-Quran.

Abstract

In the present era, there are numerous reports concerning the decline in students’ moral conduct. At SD Swasta Islam Ulun Nuha, there are also students who lack good moral values, albeit not dominating the students population. Thus, it is necessary for the school to find solutions to this problem. This research aims to elucidate: (1) The background for the emergence of the hadith and prayer memorization program, (2) The implementation of the hadith and prayer memorization program, (3) The supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the hadith and prayer memorization program. This study adopts the field research method and utilizes qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The research findings indicate that: (1) The background for the emergence of the hadith and prayer memorization program stems from the existence of students with poor moral conduct, thus the program aims to shape noble moral conduct in students, (2) The implementation of the hadith and prayer memorization program involves imploying problem-based learning strategies and lecture methods to explain the meanings of the hadiths and prayers. In the practical aspect of memorization, students are guided by teachers, who initially recite the hadiths and prayers in fragments until they are recited in their entirety. Subsequently, they are memorizes collectively, (3) The supporting factors of the program include parental support and students’ anthuasiasm for memorization. The inhibiting factors of the program include variations in students’ potential for memorization and the diverse range of narrators, often leading to forgetfulness among students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat pedagang muslim terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah Desa Laut Dendang Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Kab. Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat pedagang muslim memiliki minat yang lebih besar terhadap lembaga pendidikan umum dibandingkan dengan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Adapun faktor penyebabnya adalah minat atau kemauan anak, faktor ekonomi, jarak tempuh dan kualitas lembaga pendidikan.
