This study aims to analyze the effect of adaptability and digital literacy on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Area Tarakan Northern Cluster. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT Pegadaian Area Tarakan Northern Cluster, totaling 139 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling (census) method, in which the entire population was included as the research sample. The data used in this study were primary data obtained through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 30. The results showed that adaptability had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 5.992 and a significance value of < 0.001. Digital literacy also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 5.868 and a significance value of < 0.001. The coefficient of determination analysis showed an Adjusted R Square value of 0.827, indicating that adaptability and digital literacy were able to explain 82.7% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 17.3% was influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.
