Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh tiga faktor - kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi - terhadap kinerja karyawan. Studi kuantitatif ini melibatkan 110 responden, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Analisis data mencakup beberapa metode, termasuk analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, serta koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil regresi berganda mengungkapkan temuan menarik. Variabel kompensasi menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif. Di antara ketiga variabel tersebut, disiplin kerja muncul sebagai faktor dengan pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: E-Commerce, Social Media, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Pengambilan Keputusan.

Abstract

This study investigates how digital agility and knowledge-sharing culture affect the performance of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang City, with innovation performance as a mediating factor. In today's rapidly evolving technological and business landscape, digital agility enables organizations and individuals to adapt swiftly, maintaining relevance and competitiveness. Knowledge-sharing culture facilitates the exchange of expertise and experiences, fostering new ideas through the combination of diverse knowledge. The research proposes seven hypotheses. First, digital agility's effect on innovation performance. Second, knowledge sharing's impact on innovation performance. Third, digital agility's influence on MSMEs performance. Fourth, knowledge sharing's effect on MSMEs performance. Fifth, innovation performance's impact on MSMEs performance. The indirect effect, digital agility has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance through innovation performance as a hypothesis 6, then knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on MSMEs performance through innovation performance as a hypothesis 7. The study surveyed 100 MSMEs owners in Semarang City, categorized by their business net income. Data analysis was conducted using SMART-PLS 4 software. Results indicate that both digital agility and knowledge sharing positively and significantly influence innovation performance. While digital agility has a positive but insignificant direct effect on MSMEs performance, knowledge sharing demonstrates a positive and significant direct impact. Importantly, the study reveals that digital agility and knowledge sharing indirectly enhance MSMEs performance through innovation performance. This research emphasizes the importance of digital agility and knowledge-sharing culture in improving MSMEs performance. As MSMEs reach critical growth stages, implementing more productive methods through digital agility and knowledge sharing becomes crucial. These practices generate new ideas, fostering creativity and innovation within the organization. The resulting innovation competitiveness allows MSMEs to develop unique products or services, creating a competitive advantage and attracting new customers.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the quality of human resources (HR) and the level of financial literacy in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of digitalization through a systematic literature review. The method used is a systematic review of scientific literature published in the last five years. In the era of digitalization, increasing financial literacy is crucial for the sustainability of MSMEs, especially in terms of digital financial management and the use of financial technology. This research also identifies several challenges and opportunities in efforts to improve the quality of human resources and financial literacy of MSMEs in the digital era. These findings provide important implications for policy makers and practitioners in designing effective HR capacity and financial literacy development programs for the MSME sector in the era of digitalization. This literature study shows that the quality of human resources, MSME players are required to be creative and innovative, easily adapt to new technology, have digital skills in various work sectors, and have a high entrepreneurial spirit, as well as being able to deal with automation and artificial intelligence. Meanwhile, financial literacy also has an important role in encouraging the digitalization of MSMEs. MSME players are required to have financial knowledge related to money management, financial knowledge to assess performance periodically, financial behavior in budgeting, and attitudes towards future plans, and financial behavior regarding monthly spending budgets.

Abstract

The community service program is a digital entrepreneurship training program held in Blerong Village. The aim is to increase the ability of MSME players to entrepreneurs using technology, both in collaborating and marketing products. This activity includes knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship training, which takes place at the Computer Laboratory of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of 17 August 1945 Semarang. This program will be implemented on April 28, 2024, followed by continuous coaching. This training involves resource persons from business practitioners and economic academics. The method used is an educational and participatory approach, which has proven effective in improving the digital skills of MSME owners. The ultimate goal is to help MSMEs achieve business success and increase income through increasing digital entrepreneurial agility.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Driver Services and Application Quality on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction, both directly and indirectly. Primary data was obtained through a Google Form questionnaire, the link of which was distributed online to Gojek customers throughout Indonesia resulting 120 respondents. Four data contained missing value and outliers so 116 data were used. Data was processed using Smart PLS 4.0. This research propose seven hypotheses. The results show five hypotheses can be accepted, however hypothesis of Application Quality on Customer Loyalty and Driver Services on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction obtained p-value > 0.05 so concludes to not influential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi secara empiris upaya optimalisasi kinerja karyawan melalui penerapan digitalisasi, budaya organisasi, serta kecerdasan intelektual, dengan studi kasus pada karyawan PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) Kantor Cabang Utama (KCU) Pemuda Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas seluruh karyawan BCA KCU Pemuda Semarang pada tahun 2022, yang berjumlah 63 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus, di mana seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 21. Prosedur analisis meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta pengujian hipotesis melalui uji t dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen, yaitu digitalisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kecerdasan intelektual, memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,785 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut mampu menjelaskan 78,5% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan, sementara 21,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat melalui penguatan manajemen bisnis telah dilaksanakan di Desa Manggarmas, Kecamatan Godong, Kabupaten Grobogan pada 25 Mei 2025. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial petani jamur melalui pelatihan manajemen usaha dan strategi pemasaran digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi meliputi pencatatan keuangan yang belum optimal, ketiadaan standar pengemasan produk, dan minimnya pemanfaatan media digital untuk pemasaran. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, mencakup distribusi hasil panen, teknik pengemasan, dan pemasaran digital. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: manajemen usaha sederhana naik 75%, penguasaan teknik pengemasan meningkat 80%, dan penggunaan media digital untuk pemasaran bertambah 70%. Dampak positif terlihat dari munculnya pembeli dari luar desa setelah petani mengunggah produk ke media sosial, mendorong terwujudnya wirausahawan mandiri yang mampu mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan financial technology, kemampuan manajerial dan literasi keuangan, terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan financial technology. Teknik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada para responden. Alat analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel penggunaan financial technology, kemampuan manajerial dan literasi keuangan, semua variable mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM.
