<![CDATA[Background: Botanical literacy is a part of biological literacy, which focuses on botanical aspects. Biologically literate students need to know and understand the characteristics of scientific knowledge, the values of science, and the methods and processes of scientific inquiry. Botanical literacy needs to be empowered in biology learning. This is because a lack of understanding of botany will lead to plant blindness. Methods: This study follows the research and development model of Lee and Owens, which includes the stages of analysis (needs analysis and front-end analysis), design, development, and implementation, and evaluation. The subjects of this research were students of the Department of Biology at the State University of Malang, totaling 62 participants. Data collection instruments were validation sheets, practicality questionnaires, and botanical literacy instruments to assess product effectiveness. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis.. Results: The results showed that e-atlas was highly valid, achieving 100% from material experts, 94% from media experts, and 94% from educational practitioners. Based on the results of individual, small-group, and field tests, e-atlas was found to be very practical. Based on the ANOVA test, the significance value is 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05 (Sig < 0.05). Conclusions: Based on these data, it is concluded that the e-atlas of Flower Morphology with Local Potential can be used for learning and has a significant effect on students' botanical literacy.]]>
