The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities for educational institutions to enhance school promotion and strengthen institutional branding through digital media. However, the adoption of this technology remains limited due to the insufficient capacity of teachers and students to produce creative and engaging digital content. This community service program aimed to improve the ability of teachers and students at SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang to utilize Generative AI in developing animated promotional content for school branding. The program was implemented through several stages, including partner needs assessment, training material preparation, AI training, hands-on content creation, mentoring, evaluation, and digital content publication. A participatory approach combined with the learning by doing method was employed to encourage active involvement throughout the training process. The results demonstrated that participants were able to understand the basic concepts of AI, develop effective prompts, and produce animated promotional content highlighting the school's profile, facilities, achievements, and flagship programs. In addition to improving participants' digital competencies, the program produced promotional media and facilitated the establishment of a School Digital Promotion Creative Team to support the sustainability of digital branding activities. These findings indicate that Generative AI can serve as an effective tool for enhancing digital promotion while strengthening school branding in the era of digital transformation.
