Abstract

Transport vehicles in the form of trucks are one of the important components in supporting the logistics system when collecting crops in a plantation company. Fresh fruit bunches (FFB) produced by oil palm plantations must be sent to the location of the crude palm oil (CPO) processing plant at a predetermined time so that fruit quality is maintained. Therefore, scheduling and arranging the route of truck trips plays an important role. Constraints faced in plantations are the absence of a cellular internet network in plantations and limited road infrastructure so that location, time and route data cannot be accurately monitored. Scheduling can be done optimally and can reduce waiting times and queues of trucks that want to enter the shelter location. To overcome this problem, a monitoring system for oil palm trucks was created using a website-based GPS tracking. The components used are GPS Neo-6M, NodeMCU ESP8266, GSM SIM800L. It can be concluded that the tool can display data and information as expected, and the tool works well and can control the coordinates of the oil palm truck remotely.

Abstract

Pemerintah melalui Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No37 Tahun 2011 tentang forum lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan menjelaskan perlu adanya penetapan pengembangan sistem informasi dan komunikasi di bidang sarana dan prasarana lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk kegiatan pemantauan, pengolahan, analisis dan penyajian data lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan. Integrasi ilmu penginderaan jauh, sistem informasi geografi dan kartografi bisa digunakan untuk pembuatan petatingkat dan lokasi rawan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode pengumpulan data sekunder (metode penggunaan bahan dokumen) dan metode PIECES untuk analisa sistem. Aplikasi yang dirancang adalah aplikasi Sitem Informasi Geografis Daerah Rawan Kecelakaan di Kabupaten Kampar Berbasis Web dan Android. Aplikasi ini masih tersedia dalam versi offline baik untuk aplikasi berbasis web maupun aplikasi yang berbasis android. Sehingga hal ini bisa dijadikan tahapan pengembangan selanjutnya.

Abstract

Proses kegiatan dalam pengelolaan dokumen surat serta aktifitas perkantoran lain yang ada di KUD Sawit Jaya masih dilakukan secara manual. Dimana sekretaris akan mencatat setiap dokumen masuk maupun keluar kedalam buku agenda, kemudian sekretaris akan menggandakan dokumen tersebut untuk diserahkan kepada kepala dan dijadikan arsip. Mengingat sekretaris akan mendatangi ruangan kepala untuk menyerahkan dukumen dan meminta tanggapan yang kemungkinan kepala tidak berada ditempat sehingga surat masuk atau dokumen lainnya tidak mendapatkan respon dengan cepat. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk permasalahan ini yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem informasi e-office yang berbasis website. Dalam proses implementasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, phpMyAdmin untuk mengelola database di MySQL dan Framework Codeigniter 3. Kesimpulan dari tugas akhir adalah sistem informasi e-office KUD Sawit Jaya telah berhasil dibuat dan dapat mengatasi masalah dari kegiatan pengelolaan dokumen surat sertas aktifitas lainnya yang ada di KUD Sawit jaya

Abstract

The data inventory collection carried out at the Politeknik Kampar returned to the manual. It is rated less effective because the data collection is still less accurate. In addition, manual logging is also assessed as less efficient in data processing because it tends to be slow, requiring a long time and waste of cost. . In the process of the design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, as well as the implementation stage is done using the PHP programming language, phpMyAdmin manages the databases in MySQL and the CodeIgniter framework. This WEB-based Politeknik Kampar inventory information System has been successfully created. WEB-based Kampar Polytechnic inventory information System has been able to assist in saving waste time and cost.

Abstract

The process of receiving new students at Politeknik Kampar is still manual, as the system becomes less maximum because of the less effective and efficient data processing as well as the possibility of missing or undivided prospective students ' data into Weakness factors due to the absence of a database system as well as the length of the data retrieval process when needed in a quick time. The solution is to create a new system based on Website. In the process of the design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, as well as the implementation stage is done using the PHP programming language, phpMyAdmin for manages the databases in MySQL and the CodeIgniter framework. The conclusion of the final task is to have generated a new Student registration information system which is based on online, which is expected to overcome the problems in the new Student Registration information system at Kampar Polytechnic.

Abstract

The Sawit Jaya Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Tapung District, Kampar Regency, Riau still uses a manual cashier system in the sales transaction process, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Therefore, innovation is needed by building an electronic cashier system that can improve the performance of the Sawit Jaya KUD business. The aim of this community service is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales transaction process of the Sawit Jaya KUD by implementing an electronic cashier system. The methods used in this community service include discussions, data collection, system design, system development, system implementation, training, and report writing. The results of this community service show that the electronic cashier system has successfully improved the performance of the Sawit Jaya KUD business and can help in producing more accurate and efficient sales reports. Thus, the implementation of an electronic cashier system can be a solution to improve the business performance of the Sawit Jaya KUD.
