This article examines the application of Decision-Focused Models as a strategic approach to optimizing the management of Qur’anic memorization (tahfizh) education at Markaz Tahfizh Al-Farauq Brebes. This model positions decision-making as the core output of managerial processes, ensuring that policies are directly oriented toward measurable outcomes, such as improving students’ memorization quality, enhancing instructional effectiveness, and ensuring institutional financial sustainability. The study employs a conceptual-analytical approach based on recent scholarly literature and best practices in Islamic educational management. The findings indicate that the implementation of Decision-Focused Models reduces intuition-based decisions, increases resource efficiency, strengthens data-informed leadership, and fosters a culture of continuous evaluation that supports the long-term sustainability of tahfizh institutions
