Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a valid, practical, and effective Lamongan-based Intangible Cultural Heritage (WBTB) based e-module on theme 3, sub-theme 1 of grade V elementary school. This study uses a 4D development model with 4 stages, namely (1) define (definition), (2) design (planning), (3) develop (development), and (4) disseminate (dissemination). The subjects of this study were fifth grade students at SDN I Tambakrigadung. Based on the validation results of linguists, material experts, teaching material design experts, and learning design experts, the average result is 88.4% with very valid criteria. Practical results were obtained from the implementation of learning through teacher activity observation sheets and student activity observation sheets of 97.3% with very practical criteria. Effectiveness results obtained from student learning outcomes. Student completeness shows a percentage of 100% with classical completeness criteria ≥ 85% fulfilling the KKM. It can be concluded that the development of an e-module based on the Lamongan Intangible Cultural Heritage (WBTB) theme 3 sub-theme 1 is appropriate for use in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this development research is to determine the process of developing textbooks, validity, attractiveness, and effectiveness of the Development of companion textbooks based on local wisdom in Jombang Area Theme 4 Subtheme 1. This research uses the ADDIE development model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research was conducted at UPTD SDN Baklanrayung Jombang involving 32 grade III students and UPTD SDN Tapen Jombang involving 10 grade III students. Based on the results of expert validation, the percentage of linguist validation was 82.4%, material expert validation was 95.83%, learning design expert validation was 87.5%, and teaching material design validation was 80%. The attractiveness of teaching materials was obtained from the results of the large group student response questionnaire of 94.25%. The effectiveness of teaching materials is obtained from the results of large group student learning and student activity observation sheets. Student learning outcomes obtained 95.31% which when viewed from the KKM of students class III is 100% complete. When viewed from the observation sheet of student activities, students have an interest in learning when the use of companion textbooks gets results of 81.94%. Based on the research data, it can be concluded that the companion textbook is very valid, interesting and effective to be used in theme 4 subtheme 1 class III UPTD SDN Baklanrayung Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze learning difficulties in writing cursively in grade 2 students. The type of research used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and observation. Based on the results of the analysis from interviews and observations carried out, researchers found difficulties faced by students, especially in writing cursively. The difficulties experienced by students include not being able to arrange or combine cursive letters, when writing they do not match the lines provided in the soft book, and when writing at the beginning of sentences they do not use capital letters. To overcome this, teachers carry out habituation by providing cursive writing practice during lessons or giving assignments as homework so that students can get used to it so that their cursive writing skills can be improved.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the learning process using singing method in Pancasila Symbols materials and also the students' improvement on it. The use of inacurate methods could affect the learning process. The materials which are delivered by the proper methods will be much more effective than the ones conducted without the methods. Thus, the learning process needs a solution to repackage the whole process with an interactive and innovative way to deliver the Civic Education to the students. One of which is by singing the song since children are often identical to singing. The implementation of singing method is expected to enhance the students' learning process and create enjoyable atmosphere to learn the materials.This study will be conducted in SD Muhammadiyah which is located in Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. The study implies Classroom Action Research (CAR) with quantitative and qualitative approaches. This study is qualitative since it has words as the data along with the analysis. At the same time, this study is also quantitative since it results numbers and will be analyzed using statistics technique.Based on the findings and discussion, it is known that the learning process in Pancasila Symbols using singing method is successfully conducted. This is proven by the median of the observation sheets analysis. The analysis shows that the median is improved from the Cycle 1 which is 79.2% (Good) becomes 87.5% in Cycle 2 (Excellent). The improvement is also proven by the students' output, in the Cycle 1 they get 68.5 as the average, and in the Cycle 2 they get 92.8. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that the results are satisfying since all the indicators have already been achieved.

Abstract

Indonesia is known to be rich in culture, considering the diversity of tribes in this archipelagic country. Starting from dances that discuss the story of the struggle of the royal army, romance, to activities that people engage in every day such as farming. Hearing the name, perhaps many people can already guess that this dance tells about farming activities. The word "tani" itself is taken from the word farming. , a noble profession that produces basic materials that can be consumed by people on a daily basis. This dance was created and developed in the Java area, especially Madura in Bangkalan district. The artists in Bangkalan are inspired by agricultural activities which many people engage in as their main livelihood. In every For traditional dances, props are needed that can support the performance. The existence of props can more clearly describe what a dance wants to convey, as is the case with the Tani dance. In order to describe farming activities more realistically, one of the properties needed is caping. Caping is a cone- shaped hat that farmers wear when working. Caping is made from bamboo, with the function of protecting the head while working because it is often exposed to the heat of the sun. It is not surprising that when they see caping, many people associate it with traditional Indonesian society. Caping has a conical shape at the top, forming a mountain and is a symbol of the source of life for living creatures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, effectiveness, and practicality of the module based on intangible cultural heritage, batik, sub-theme of events filling independence for class V SDN Tagungguh 3, Tanjungbumi, Bangkalan. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D development model (Define, design, development, disseminate). Limited trial activities used as many as 8 students as subjects, while implementation trials used as many as 29 students as subjects. Module validity was reviewed based on the results of expert validation, where there were 4 validators in this study, namely teaching material design experts, learning design experts, materials experts, and language experts. The validity of this module obtains a value of 90% with a very valid category. The effectiveness of the module is reviewed from the evaluation of student learning and is declared complete classically with a score of 89.65%, thus the module is declared valid. While the practicality of the module is seen from the student response questionnaire and the implementation of learning. The student response questionnaire obtained a score of 97.5% in the very good category, and learning implementation obtained a score of 96% in the implemented category, thus the module was declared practical.

Abstract

The objectives of this development research are (1) to determine the validity of the development of environmentally-conscious student worksheets (LKPD); and (2) to assess the attractiveness of these environmentally-conscious LKPDs. These worksheets are used as supplementary teaching materials based on environmental themes for the fifth-grade class at SDN Banyuajuh 5 Bangkalan. This development research employs the 4D model. The subjects of the research are 22 students. Based on expert validation results, the following percentages were obtained: 95% from material experts, 82.5% from language experts, 87.5% from instructional design experts, and 90% from teaching material design experts. The average result of these validations is 88.75% (very valid). The attractiveness of the LKPD was measured through teacher response questionnaires regarding the environmentally-conscious LKPD. The questionnaire results showed that teachers gave a percentage of 95%, placing the LKPD in the category of very attractive teaching materials. Based on the research results, the environmentally-conscious LKPD for the Science and Social Studies (IPAS) course, Chapter 2, Topic C, conducted at SDN Banyuajuh 5 Bangkalan, is deemed valid and attractive for use as supplementary teaching material in the learning process.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the use of learning media to increase students' interest in learning. This research was conducted on class I students at UPTD SDN Banyuajuh 2 Kamal. The method used in this research is the use of qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The research results show that one of the factors supporting the success of educational activities is the use of educational media. Learning media is very important to support learning in the classroom, so that it is hoped that a good teaching and learning process can be implemented and have a positive impact on learning outcomes. A good learning process can be supported by the use of educational media to support students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model type Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) with Contextual Teaching and Learning approach on mathematics learning outcomes of class IV UPTD SDN Demangan 1. The research method used is quantitative with quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group. Sampling was done using nonprobability sampling technique purposive sampling type. The first sample is class IVB totaling 32 students as an experimental class which is given the treatment of a cooperative learning model of Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type with a Contextual Teaching and Learning approach. The second sample is class IVC as a control class which is given treatment like the way the teacher teaches in class, namely using a learning model, with 33 students. The results showed that there was an effect of the cooperative learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type with a Contextual Teaching and Learning approach on the learning outcomes of mathematics class IV UPTD SDN Demangan 1.

Abstract

The purposive of this research is to find out the extent of the character of love for one’s country through Nguri-Uri Cultural Activities at SDN Dungus 1. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The subjects in this research are class IV students at SDN Dungus 1. Sampling use purposive sampling techniques. The research sample was 4 students consisting of 2 female students and 2 male students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that Nguri-Uri Cultural Activities can instill the character of love for the country quite well because these activities can bring up several indicators of the character of love for the country in students, namely loving Indonesia culture and art, enjoying the diversity of regional languages, preserving Indonesian culture, and being proud of being Indonesian. There are differences between the four subjects in terms of the indicators of liking regional language diversity, namely subjects IJ and ARW fulfill it one the first day, subjects IJ and AR fulfill it on the second day, and subjects AR and MZA fulfill it on the third day.
