<![CDATA[This study aims to describe efforts to develop the social attitudes of third-grade students through the role-playing method at SD Nasrani 2 Medan. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was employed. The research subjects consisted of the third-grade teacher and the third-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The results indicate that 60% of respondents felt the role-playing learning method effectively fostered students' social attitudes. This was evidenced by improvements in students' abilities regarding cooperation, responsibility, confidence in performing before the class, care for peers, discipline, and mutual respect. Furthermore, the learning process became more active and enjoyable. In conclusion, the role-playing method can be effectively utilized to develop the social attitudes of third-grade elementary school students.]]>
