Abstract

The abstract is a brief and comprehensive summary of the contents of the article; it allows readers to quickly survey the contents of an article and, like the title, it allows people interested in the document to retrieve it from abstracting and indexing databases. The abstract contains at least the objectives, methods, results and conclusions of the research you have developed. A good abstract is one that is accurate, non-evaluative, coherent, easy to read, and concise. Do not exceed the abstract word limit of the journal where you submit your article. Word limits vary from journal to journal and usually range from 150 to 250 wordsThis research aims to improve student learning achievement in ecosystem material by implementing the TAI (team-assisted individualization) cooperative learning model. This type of research is classroom action research, which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning stages, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this research were 32 class X students. Data collection is carried out through observation and tests. The research instruments used were observation sheets and test instruments. The data was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. 1) Improved Student Performance: There is a significant increase in student academic performance from pre-cycle to cycle 2. This indicates that the learning strategies implemented have been effective in increasing student understanding and achievement. 2) Effectiveness of Learning Strategy Changes: An increase in the average score and percentage of classical completion shows the success of the learning strategy changes that have been made during the learning cycle process. This confirms that adjustments to learning methods have had a positive impact on student learning outcomes. 3) Decrease in the number of incomplete students: The decrease in the number of incomplete students from cycle 1 to cycle 2 indicates an increase in the quality of learning. This shows that the additional efforts made to overcome learning challenges have succeeded in reducing the number of students who have difficulty achieving learning targets.

Abstract

Smartphones are handheld communication devices that have various capabilities and functions similar to computers and are not only used for SMS and telephone calls. Smartphones can store various kinds of data, operate applications that users want, and serve as a means of entertainment. This research aims to find out the positive and negative impacts of using smartphones on the learning achievement of class X Religion MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela students. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects used in this research were four people. The results of this research show that smartphones have an impact on student learning achievement. Two students use smartphones to broaden their horizons and search for information related to learning; this improves their learning achievement. Meanwhile, the other two students mostly used smartphones to play games, so they forgot to spend time studying, causing their learning achievement to decline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the learning styles of students at MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The research population was all class XI students at MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela, with the research sample being class XI students majoring in religion. Data collection techniques use questionnaire instruments and observation sheets. The data obtained in the research was then analyzed descriptively. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results show that the percentage of students' visual, kinesthetic, and auditory learning styles at MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela is 56%, 24%, and 20%. The tendency for students at MA Plus Nurul Islam Sekarbela to have the highest learning style is the visual learning style.

Abstract

This article attempts to reveal theoretically the meaning of foundation, religion, religious foundation, and values of educational objectives with the basic assumptions 1) related to foundation, religion, and religious foundation, and 2) the values contained in educational objectives, especially national education in Indonesia. The method used in writing this article uses a qualitative approach with library study methods and available data analysis techniques, namely descriptive. It was revealed that there is a common thread between the religious foundation and the spirit of the identity of the Indonesian nation, which recognizes Allah as God (worship) and is then manifested and reflected through Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System of the Indonesian nation. The first thing mentioned is the divine aspect. So it would be very strange if there were institutions or individuals who were allergic to aspects of religion, so there is a need for self-evaluation and further study regarding national identity based on Pancasila.

Abstract

Self-awareness is an individual's ability to identify and understand oneself completely, both in terms of nature, character, emotions, feelings, thoughts, and ways of adapting to the environment. Factors that influence self-awareness are factors that originate from the individual in the form of being able to manage spiritual emotions. The aim of this training is to find out to what extent spiritual emotional training can influence the self-awareness of 5th semester psychology students. The population in this study were psychology students using a simple random sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative experimental research method with a one-group experimental design, namely, a pre-test and a post-test. In this research, the spiritual-emotional scale is one of the measuring tools used. The results found that spiritual emotional training can increase self-awareness in 5th semester psychology students with a significant level (p) of 0.00 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of the team quiz learning model on the learning outcomes of class VII students at MTs Negeri 1 Lombok Barat in the Islamic Cultural History subject in the Khulafaur Rasyidin material for the 2023–2024 academic year. This research applies a quasi-experimental approach by providing treatment to a sample group with the aim of measuring cause and effect and concluding the effect of the treatment. The design used in the research used a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample selection technique was carried out using purposive sampling, and the final data analysis technique used the paired t-test. The research findings show that there is an influence of the team quiz learning model on the learning outcomes of class VII students at MTs Negeri 1 Lombok Barat in the Islamic Cultural History subject for the 2023–2024 academic year. As can be seen from the results of the analysis and data processing carried out by researchers in this study, In the research, it was found that the total significance value was 0.00 < 0.05, so it could be concluded that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, meaning that the team quiz learning model could have an influence on learning outcomes.

Abstract

Education financing is an issue that is still hot to discuss, because it cannot be denied that there are many problems in the field related to education financing, such as the high cost of education making many Indonesians drop out of school, not to mention being colored by various bad behavior of school officials, such as principals who deliberately rape (corruption) of education funds. This study aims to explain what elements must be understood in education financing for primary and secondary education in Indonesia based on theoretical studies. The writing method uses a literature study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include reading literature from books or articles relevant to the research. Data analysis techniques using inventory, categorization, and analysis of research data. The results of the study explain that in the preparation of education financing, all school parties must first be able to understand well and thoroughly the definition of education financing itself, the legal basis, the types of education financing, the sources of education financing, and the preparation of the Draft Budget for School / Madrasah Expenditure Opinions (RAPBS / M). So it can be concluded that in implementing the formulation of education financing, the principal should cooperate with the vice principal, school treasurer, teachers, administrative staff (TU), School Committee, and several related parties, so that education financing can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research was conducted to discuss the implementation of moral learning, student behavior, and the relationship between moral learning and the behavior of class V students at the Nurul Salam Lewoleba Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This type of research is descriptive and qualitative. Collection by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were moral aqidah teachers and class V students. The research instruments were written questions for which alternative answers had been prepared, then analyzed using deductive, inductive, and comparative thinking patterns. The results of this research illustrate that the level of understanding and development of moral learning at MIS Nurul Salam Lewoleba is categorized as good. The implementation of moral learning is basically to make students have Islamic behavior. Through the previous stages of implementing moral learning, the teacher prepares lesson plans, facilities, and media that will be used in conducting the learning, and the teacher strives to create an active and enjoyable learning atmosphere so that the behavior of class V students at the Nurul Salam Lewoleba Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah becomes commendable. Creating commendable behavior among students creates a good learning atmosphere. Therefore, there is a positive and strong relationship between the level of understanding of the moral learning material and the social behavior of students at the Nurul Salam Lewoleba Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

In general, there are still PAI teachers who only use the lecture method (conventionally) in their learning. This causes students to feel bored quickly during the learning process. However, this conventional lecture method can be varied with other methods to become a plus lecture method. The lecture plus method is a teaching method that uses more than one method, namely the lecture method combined with other methods. The purpose of implementing the plus lecture method is to fix various specific weaknesses of using the conventional lecture method. Thus, this article aims to provide an overview of the application of the plus lecture method at NU Kajen Middle School as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. The article is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. Technical data analysis is carried out by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it is clear that in general the plus lecture method at NU Kajen Middle School is carried out in three stages, the first is delivering the material, the second and third stages are adjusting the plus lecture method that you want to use. The lecture plus method that is often used is the Lecture Plus Question and Answer and Assignment method. In its application, the lecture plus method has supporting factors, including having sufficient references, having adequate infrastructure, good teaching techniques, religion-based schools and teacher professionalism. Abstract

Dynamic leadership in managing human resources, infrastructure, and funds in rural madrasahs has a crucial role in improving the quality of education in the current era. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of resource management, infrastructure, and funds at MTS NU Banat Kudus, to become a reference example. This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing student recruitment policies, management of learning facilities, and allocation of madrasah funds. The results show that the management at MTS NU Banat Kudus includes human resource management which is focused on improving the quality of students through strict selection based on academic and moral abilities. Then the management of infrastructure facilities is carried out by routine monitoring and submitting proposals for repair or addition of facilities needed. In addition, it also includes fund management according to DIPA and BOS regulations, where the BOS funds can be used for school operations and meet various school needs coupled with donations from teachers and parents of students to maximize the optimal use of funds
