<![CDATA[The development of science and technology (IPTEK) in the 21st century has brought changes in the world of education, especially in the demands on teacher competency to develop innovative learning. The change in the learning paradigm from teacher-centered to student-centered learning encourages teachers to utilize technology in creating more effective learning. This study aims to determine the use of technology in supporting the role of teachers in 21st-century learning at SMK Negeri 1 Hiliduho. This study uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through surveys and direct interviews. The study was conducted on May 20, 2026 with research subjects of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Hiliduho, especially Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers. Data were obtained through interviews with teacher and analyzed descriptively to describe the use of technology in the learning process. The results of the study indicate that the use of technology can increase the effectiveness of learning by providing more diverse learning resources, supporting learning interactions, and helping teachers in delivering material in a more interesting and innovative way. Thus, improving teacher competence in utilizing technology is an important factor in supporting the quality of learning in the digital era.]]>
