Abstract

Kejahatan merupakan fenomena sosial yang terus berkembang seiring dengan dinamika masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kejahatan yang muncul dalam masyarakat modern, menganalisis akar permasalahannya, dan mengevaluasi dampak sosial yang ditimbulkannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejahatan konvensional seperti pencurian, perampokan, dan kekerasan masih mendominasi; namun, kejahatan berbasis teknologi seperti kejahatan dunia maya, penipuan daring, dan perdagangan daring ilegal meningkat secara signifikan. Faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan kejahatan tersebut antara lain kesenjangan sosial, lemahnya penegakan hukum, kemajuan teknologi yang pesat tanpa diiringi literasi digital, dan pergeseran nilai-nilai sosial. Kejahatan menimbulkan ancaman serius terhadap keselamatan publik, stabilitas sosial, dan kepercayaan publik terhadap lembaga hukum. Oleh karena itu, strategi pencegahan kejahatan yang komprehensif dan kolaboratif yang melibatkan masyarakat, pemerintah, dan lembaga penegak hukum sangat dibutuhkan.

Abstract

The low level of engagement of Vocational High School (SMK) students in local product processing and digital marketing demonstrates the need for more practical entrepreneurship learning. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve students' skills in processing products made from cassava and bananas, typical of Nias, and strengthen their digital marketing capabilities. The activity was held at SMK Negeri 1 Hiliduho, involving 100 participants, consisting of teachers and students. The method used was practice-based training accompanied by mentoring in product processing, packaging, and digital marketing. The activity's success was evaluated through observations of participant engagement, product assessments, and interviews with teachers and students regarding the benefits of the training. Results showed that participants were able to independently produce locally sourced food products, apply more hygienic and attractive packaging techniques, and develop promotional content for social media and marketplaces. In addition to improving technical skills, this activity also encouraged students' entrepreneurial motivation and strengthened teachers' commitment to integrating locally sourced entrepreneurial practices into their learning. These findings indicate that practice-based training combined with digital marketing effectively strengthens entrepreneurial competencies while supporting the utilization of local food potential in the school environment.

Abstract

The development of science and technology (IPTEK) in the 21st century has brought changes in the world of education, especially in the demands on teacher competency to develop innovative learning. The change in the learning paradigm from teacher-centered to student-centered learning encourages teachers to utilize technology in creating more effective learning. This study aims to determine the use of technology in supporting the role of teachers in 21st-century learning at SMK Negeri 1 Hiliduho. This study uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through surveys and direct interviews. The study was conducted on May 20, 2026 with research subjects of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Hiliduho, especially Pancasila and Citizenship Education teachers. Data were obtained through interviews with teacher and analyzed descriptively to describe the use of technology in the learning process. The results of the study indicate that the use of technology can increase the effectiveness of learning by providing more diverse learning resources, supporting learning interactions, and helping teachers in delivering material in a more interesting and innovative way. Thus, improving teacher competence in utilizing technology is an important factor in supporting the quality of learning in the digital era.
