<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of the Operational and Commercial Information System (SIOPSKOM) on the performance of operational officers in providing real-time information at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 55 operational officers who are direct users of SIOPSKOM at the Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC), determined using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis employed descriptive analysis and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The results showed that SIOPSKOM effectiveness is in the excellent category (89.6%), and the performance of operational officers is also in the excellent category (91.1%). The simple linear regression test proves that SIOPSKOM effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on the performance of operational officers, indicated by a t-count value of 4.780 > t-table 2.005 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.301 indicates that SIOPSKOM effectiveness contributes 30.1% to the performance of operational officers. These findings indicate that information accessibility, accuracy, and timeliness play an important role in improving staff performance. Therefore, continuous improvement in SIOPSKOM implementation is needed, especially in service quality and inter-unit coordination.]]>
