This study aims to analyze librarians’ management strategies in increasing students’ reading interest through a literature review. The study employed a qualitative method with a literature review approach. Data were obtained from books, journals, research articles, and relevant academic documents, and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results show that librarians’ management strategies are implemented through the functions of planning, organizing, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. Planning is carried out by providing reading collections and developing literacy programs. Organizing involves arranging reading spaces and coordinating with the school. Implementation is realized through book promotion, reading corners, and independent reading activities. Monitoring is conducted through library visit monitoring and periodic program evaluation. The systematic implementation of librarians’ management strategies can increase students’ reading interest and support the strengthening of a literacy culture in schools.
