This community service activity aims to internalize the values of Islamic Religious Education in preventing Cyberbullying behavior among adolescents at SMP 21 Sinjai through social media education. The background of this activity is the high intensity of social media use among teenagers, which is not yet balanced with an adequate understanding of digital ethics, thereby potentially triggering Cyberbullying behaviors such as insults, mockery, spreading personal disgrace, and negative comments. This activity was designed as a preventive effort through strengthening digital literacy and instilling Islamic values such as noble character, empathy, tabayyun (verification of information), guarding one’s speech, and responsibility in interacting within digital spaces. This approach is in line with findings that digital literacy and the internalization of Islamic Religious Education values can strengthen self-control and sustainably build students’ digital ethics. The implementation method employed interactive socialization, participatory discussions, case studies, question-and-answer sessions, and reflections on Islamic values. The target participants were students of SMP 21 Sinjai as active social media users who are vulnerable to the negative influences of the digital world. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure students’ improvement in understanding Cyberbullying, its impacts, and prevention strategies. The expected outcomes of this activity are an increased understanding among students regarding wise and responsible social media use, the growth of awareness to avoid Cyberbullying behavior, and the development of more polite, empathetic, and responsible attitudes in online communication
