<![CDATA[Three out of ten (28.3–32.0%) children in Southeast Asia suffered from stunting in 2022, with the global prevalence of stunting reaching 22.3% (WHO, 2024). Efforts to increase awareness and understanding among adolescent girls as prospective mothers with healthy conditions represent a necessary intervention in preparing them for parenthood as early as possible, through improving adolescents' knowledge and motivation regarding stunting prevention. This study was designed to examine the impact of health education using video media on the level of knowledge and motivation of adolescents in stunting prevention efforts. This study employed a pre-experimental approach with a one group pretest–posttest design. The sampling technique was carried out through a combination of proportional random sampling and simple random sampling. The study population included all eleventh-grade students, with a total sample of 66 students. Based on the research results, respondents with a good knowledge category at pretest numbered 10 students (15.2%), while at posttest this increased to 47 students (71.2%). The p-value of 0.000 (p-value < α 0.05) indicated a significant effect on respondents' knowledge. Respondents with positive motivation at pretest numbered 26 students (39.4%), while at posttest this increased to 55 students (83.3%). The p-value of 0.000 (p-value < α 0.05) indicated a significant effect on respondents' motivation. The use of educational videos was able to improve adolescents' knowledge and motivation in stunting prevention efforts, and also has the potential to serve as an interactive learning medium aligned with the characteristics of adolescents.]]>
