<![CDATA[Time management is an essential skill that students (santri) need in order to balance learning activities, pesantren routines, religious practices, and rest time. The intensity of daily activities often causes santri to experience difficulties in managing their time effectively, which can affect discipline and task completion. This community service activity aimed to improve santri’s understanding of time management through educational activities at the Ishlaahul Ummah Islamic Boarding School Foundation. The method used in this program was educational instruction delivered through lectures supported by PowerPoint media, complemented by discussion sessions. The activity was attended by 30 participants consisting of university students, school representatives, and santri. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test questionnaires consisting of five statements related to time management understanding, with response options of “know” and “do not know.” The results of the activity indicated an improvement in santri’s understanding after the educational program was implemented. In the pre-test, most participants demonstrated limited knowledge of time management. After the educational sessions, the post-test results showed an increase in the number of santri who understood the definition, benefits, and practical application of time management in daily life. These findings indicate that the educational activity was effective in enhancing santri’s understanding of time management. It is expected that through this program, santri will be able to apply better time management in their daily activities, thereby improving discipline, responsibility, and readiness to face future challenges.]]>
