This community service activity aims to empower young families within the TK/PAUD Pandanwangi environment in Bandung City, enhancing their productivity and well-being in managing time, resources, and domestic-professional responsibilities. The program initiated with a needs assessment using surveys and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), which revealed critical challenges in time management, financial planning, parenting skills, and work-life balance. Based on these findings, a series of interactive workshops and training sessions were designed, actively engaging participants through discussions, simulations, and case studies. Program evaluation was conducted periodically by assessing participants' knowledge before and after the training, as well as monitoring subsequent behavioral changes. The evaluation results demonstrated a significant improvement in the participants' abilities to manage time effectively, budget finances, and implement positive parenting practices. Additionally, participants reported enhanced well-being, higher life satisfaction, and more harmonious family dynamics. In conclusion, this initiative successfully achieved its goal and serves as a viable model for similar community service programs focusing on young family empowerment. Through this intervention, young families of teachers and staff at TK/PAUD Pandanwangi gained not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills to achieve a sustainable balance between their professional and domestic lives.
