<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of financial technology adoption on financial management, the effect of financial literacy on financial management, and the role of financial literacy in moderating the relationship between financial technology adoption and financial management among teachers and staff of MAN 2 Makassar. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 126 respondents who are teachers and staff of MAN 2 Makassar. Data were collected through questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that financial technology adoption has a positive and significant effect on financial management. Financial literacy also has a positive and significant effect on financial management. Furthermore, financial literacy is proven to moderate the relationship between financial technology adoption and financial management positively and significantly. This indicates that higher levels of financial literacy strengthen the influence of financial technology adoption on financial management. Overall, this study confirms that the utilization of financial technology supported by adequate financial literacy can improve individuals’ financial management. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for individuals and institutions in enhancing financial understanding and optimizing the use of financial technology to achieve better financial conditions.]]>
