<![CDATA[Higher education institutions face increasing challenges in improving service quality, employee performance, and adaptability to organizational change. Effective human resource management is essential for strengthening institutional sustainability, yet issues related to work culture, employee engagement, competency development, and the implementation of organizational values remain prevalent. This community service program aimed to enhance university employees’ understanding of talent management, Islamic work ethic, organizational values, and employee engagement through an education and mentoring approach. The program was implemented through workplace observation, organizational problem identification, mentoring module development, educational sessions, group discussions, questionnaire distribution, and evaluation. The mentoring materials focused on talent management, workplace ethics, Islamic work ethic, organizational values, employee engagement, and strategies for improving employee performance. Lecturers and students participated as part of research-based community service activities. The results showed improved employee understanding of value-based human resource management, stronger awareness of employee engagement, and greater appreciation of professional work culture in supporting organizational effectiveness. The program also increased awareness of the importance of sustainable human resource development within higher education institutions. The resulting human resource development module and community service article are expected to contribute to continuous organizational quality improvement.]]>
