This study aims to analyze the influence of job training and organizational culture on teacher and staff performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at Al-Ikhlas Elementary School, Cipondoh, Tangerang using a quantitative approach with a quantitative descriptive method and a saturated sample of 74 teachers and staff. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires with a Likert scale (1–5), data analysis tests using SEM ?PLS to test direct and indirect effects (mediation). The results of the study obtained that job training had a significant positive effect on work motivation with a p-value of 0.010 (<0.05) ; Organizational culture had a significant positive effect on work motivation with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05); Job training has a significant positive effect on performance with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) ; Organizational Culture does not have a direct effect on teacher and staff performance. with a p-value of 0.183 (>0.05); Work motivation has a significant positive effect on performance with a p-value of 0.005 (<0.05); Job training has a significant positive indirect effect on performance through work motivation. with the original sample value of 0.097 and p-value of 0.037 (< 0.05); Organizational culture has a significant positive indirect effect on performance through work motivation . original sample value 0.191 and p-value 0.023 (< 0.05).
