<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effects of workload, work motivation, and work environment on the performance of coffee shop employees, both partially and simultaneously. The study employed a quantitative approach using a saturation sampling technique, so that the entire population of 110 employees was included in the sample. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 32. The results indicate that workload, work motivation, and work environment each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, these three variables collectively also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (F = 46.952; sig. < 0.05). The results indicate that improving the management of workload, work motivation, and the work environment can collectively enhance employee performance in the coffee shop industry.]]>
