Young people today face increasingly complex challenges arising from digital technology, social change, and shifting values that affect identity formation, spirituality, and commitment to ministry. This community service activity aimed to strengthen Christian identity, spiritual growth, and ministry commitment through a Formation Retreat for the Naposo Bulung Fellowship (PNB) of HKI Wahidin Resort Binjai. The activity was held on 4-5 July 2026 at Sinaga Farm Retreat, Sukamakmur, Sibolangit, involving 30 participants aged 16-30 accompanied by six mentors. A participatory learning and spiritual formation approach was used, combining interactive lectures, small-group discussion, personal reflection, worship, a campfire reflection, Bible study, and a service-commitment session, delivered across four sessions: Who Am I?, Lifestyle of God's Children, Rooted and Fruitful, and Here I Am, Lord. Results based on participatory observation indicate increased participant understanding of identity in Christ, greater awareness of living according to Christian values, growth in spiritual discipline, and a stronger commitment to serve in the local congregation. The retreat proved to be an effective formation medium for building the character, spirituality, and ministry readiness of young people.
