<![CDATA[This study aims to develop and evaluate the efficacy of gamification-based interactive learning media in enhancing students' academic motivation and learning outcomes. Contemporary educational challenges in the digital era necessitate continuous media innovations that are not only informative but also highly participatory and student-centered. The research methodology utilized is Research and Development (R&D), systematically adopting the ADDIE framework which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research subjects comprised 30 eighth-grade students at a public junior high school. Quantitative and qualitative data were gathered through structured learning motivation questionnaires and standardized learning achievement assessments, administered as pre-test and post-test instruments. The findings demonstrated that the gamification-based learning media is highly viable and scientifically rigorous, corroborated by validation scores of 90% from material experts and 92% from media experts. Moreover, the empirical implementation of this media significantly augmented students' learning motivation by 85%, classifying it into the very high category. Concurrently, a substantial improvement was observed in empirical learning outcomes, yielding an average N-gain score of 0.71, which falls into the high category. Consequently, it can be definitively concluded that gamification-based interactive learning media is highly effective in optimizing overall instructional quality.]]>
