<![CDATA[Bullying at the elementary school level poses a real threat that harms students physically and mentally and damages the learning environment if not properly addressed. This community service initiative aimed to enhance students' knowledge, empathy, and skills regarding bullying prevention to foster a safe and comfortable school climate. The program was conducted at SD Toboh Marunggai in Nagari Sikucua Barat, Padang Pariaman, involving 35 fourth- and fifth-grade students and five teachers. The approach combined Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with interactive education utilizing illustrated storytelling media. Data were collected through pre- and post-test instruments, participatory observation, and structured interviews. Quantitative evaluation results showed a significant increase in the students' average comprehension score, rising from 58.57% (fair category) to 88.29% (excellent category). The most substantial improvementa 34.28% increasewas observed in the students' ability to distinguish between verbal taunting and ordinary joking. Qualitatively, the FGD sessions successfully fostered empathy, reduced the "passive bystander" phenomenon, and encouraged a willingness to report incidents. The program delivered tangible outcomes, including the provision of visual daily reminder aids and teacher guidance modules, as well as the signing of a "Child-Friendly School Declaration" to establish a foundation for ongoing commitment. It is concluded that an FGD-based psychoeducational approach utilizing visual media is effective in shifting students' social perceptions and transforming SD Toboh Marunggai into a safe, conducive, and bullying-free educational environment.]]>
