Indonesia's Education Report 2023 provides data showing that students' literacy and numeracy skills met the moderate criteria. The evaluation results indicate a persistent lack of understanding and unsynchronized implementation of numeracy literacy in classroom assessments. This has an impact on the less-than-optimal provision of numeracy literacy to students. This service aims to hone teachers' ability to develop science-physics numeracy literacy assessments and lesson plans. The mentoring method uses 3 meeting sessions, both offline and online, and yields positive responses from participants. The results of the activity evaluation showed a positive change in the understanding of numeracy literacy and the ability to develop assessments. The conclusion of this activity is that the mentoring carried out can contribute significantly to high school science-physics teachers' planning of numeracy and literacy assessments and learning.
