Cultural Heritage Literacy plays an important role in fostering young people's awareness of preserving cultural heritage as an integral part of the nation's historical and cultural identity. However, amid the rapid development of globalization and technological advancement, students' understanding of and concern for Cultural Heritage remain relatively low. This condition is reflected in their limited knowledge of the significance of Cultural Heritage and the continued occurrence of vandalism at historical sites in Ternate City. This community service program aimed to enhance the knowledge, understanding, and awareness of students at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Ternate regarding the importance of Cultural Heritage and its preservation. The program involved 38 students from the Tourism Services Study Program and was implemented through socialization and educational sessions, interactive discussions, mentoring, and evaluation using the Quizizz application. The evaluation results showed that 25 students (65.8%) achieved an excellent category (90–100%), 5 students (13.2%) achieved a good category (70–80%), and 1 student (2.6%) achieved a fair category (60%), while 7 students (18.4%) did not complete the quiz. The average accuracy rate across the ten quiz questions reached 73.2%, with the highest correct response rate recorded for Question 4 (79%) and the lowest for Question 2 (56%). These findings indicate that the interactive Cultural Heritage Literacy program was effective in improving students' knowledge and understanding of Cultural Heritage concepts while fostering greater awareness of the crucial role of the younger generation in safeguarding and preserving cultural heritage as part of the identity of local communities and the nation.
