<![CDATA[The national coffee sector, despite its position as a global producer, still faces substantial challenges at the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) level, particularly in terms of product quality consistency and added value. In Singosari District, Malang Regency, the main obstacle identified is the traditional and non-standardized roasting practices, resulting in quality fluctuations and difficulties in penetrating the premium market. In addition, access to modern roasting equipment, which is costly, is a significant financial barrier for small-scale MSMEs. This community service activity responds to these needs through comprehensive interventions: the development of innovative coffee roasting equipment based on a simple mechanical monitor and the implementation of a structured education program. The innovative equipment is designed with a compact integrated layout, featuring optimal space efficiency, and uses borosilicate glass as the roasting chamber for visual transparency and stable process monitoring. In addition to equipment assistance, theoretical and practical workshops are held to improve participants' understanding of roasting parameters (temperature, time, crack). The expected outcome is to trigger production independence through the use of affordable, appropriate technology.]]>
