<![CDATA[Community service through Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities is a strategic means to internalize character values and strengthen the quality of human resources at the community level. This article discusses the implementation of the "Character Generation Program towards Quality Human Resources" carried out in Pendahara Village, Tewang Sangalang Garing District, Katingan Regency, Central Kalimantan. The service method uses a participatory approach through four main pillars: interactive educational approach, law enforcement collaboration with the local police sector, guided mentoring through Character-Based Tutoring and Counseling Corner, and cadreization of Anti-Narcotics and Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. The results achieved include increased understanding of the dangers of bullying and narcotics, formation of student cadres as agents of change, availability of safe spaces for mental and emotional development of adolescents, and establishment of sustainable synergy between educational institutions, local government, and law enforcement officials. The program has succeeded in creating a conducive ecosystem for character development that is measured through increased student participation and decreased ethical violations during the assistance period. This service contributes to the development of community-based character education models that are applicable in various similar regional contexts.]]>
