<![CDATA[Bullying poses a serious threat to adolescent mental health, yet prevention campaigns in schools are often hampered by teachers' limited ability to produce relevant digital educational content. This community service program aims to enhance the competence of Junior High School (SMP) teachers in Kulon Progo in designing contextual anti-bullying digital content. This initiative is a downstream implementation of the "Anti-Bully Digital Channel" research, offering social innovation engineering for character education. The methodology included participatory training, content creation practice, action plan development, and technical mentoring. Evaluation results demonstrated significant impact across four aspects: a 25.3% increase in conceptual understanding of bullying, 80% of participants successfully producing publication-ready digital content, a 37% rise in teacher confidence in handling bullying cases, and an 82% commitment from teachers to integrate digital campaigns into the school ecosystem. This program proves that enhancing teacher digital literacy is an effective strategy for creating a safe school climate responsive to digital era challenges.]]>
