<![CDATA[Effective management is an essential factor in achieving organizational objectives and improving athletic performance. Sports organizations require administrators with adequate competencies in planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling, financial management, event management, athlete development, and delegation management. This study aims to examine and strengthen the managerial capacity of sports branch administrators in Southeast Aceh through a structured capacity-building program. The program was conducted in collaboration with the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of Southeast Aceh and involved administrators from sports organizations in the region. The capacity-building activities were implemented through a three-day seminar, training, and workshop covering nine topics: Olympism as the philosophy of sports organizations, competitive sports development, sports event management, talent identification, delegation management, anti-doping, leadership management, financial management, and practical group presentations. The activities were designed to enhance participants’ theoretical understanding and practical skills in managing sports organizations based on the fundamental management functions of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. The program also emphasized collaboration, accountability, communication, innovation, and effective utilization of organizational resources. The results indicate that structured training and capacity-building activities can contribute to improving the knowledge and managerial competencies of sports administrators. Strengthened managerial capacity is expected to support more professional organizational operations, improve athlete development, enhance sports event management, and contribute to better athletic achievements. Continuous education, training, and workshops are therefore recommended to ensure sustainable improvement in the management capacity of sports organizations in Southeast Aceh.]]>
