<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes of Grade XI students in Economics at SMAN 2 Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model assisted by the team brainstorming method on students’ learning outcomes. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The population consisted of all Grade XI students, with class XI-D.2 selected as the experimental group and class XI-D.4 as the control group through a nonprobability purposive sampling technique. The results showed that students in the class taught using the CORE (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending) learning model assisted by the team brainstorming method demonstrated greater improvement in learning outcomes compared to those taught using conventional instruction, as indicated by differences in the mean pretest, posttest, and N-Gain scores. Furthermore, the calculated effect size of 1.074 was categorized as large, indicating that the implemented learning model had a strong effect on improving students’ learning outcomes in Economics, particularly on the topics of Money Theory, Price Index, and Inflation among Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya.]]>
