<![CDATA[This study demonstrates that electronic certificates are effective in enhancing legal certainty and land protection in Brebes Regency. While land registration aims to provide legal certainty, conventional processes still face issues such as the risk of document loss. Through digitalization, the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) began implementing electronic certificates via the "Sentuh Tanahku" application in July 2024. The research employed interviews, observation, and quantitative analysis. The results indicate that the electronic certificate validation process targets a 100% validation rate and requires authorization by competent officials. Although electronic certificates are recognized as valid legal evidence and support legal certainty, challenges remain regarding system disruptions, data validity, and infrastructure. The study concludes that while electronic certificates are effective, improvements are needed in data validation, cybersecurity, human resource capacity, public outreach, and regulatory harmonization to ensure better legal protection.]]>
