<![CDATA[This study aimed to examine the influence of self-awareness and a multicultural environment on the spiritual intelligence of students at SMP Nasional Sariputra Jambi. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of all students of SMP Nasional Sariputra Jambi, while the sample was selected using the simple random sampling technique (adjust according to the actual sampling technique used). The independent variables were self-awareness (X1) and multicultural environment (X2), whereas the dependent variable was spiritual intelligence (Y). Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire developed based on a synthesis of relevant theories and tested for validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed a positive correlation between self-awareness and spiritual intelligence with a correlation coefficient of ry1= 0.613, a positive correlation between the multicultural environment and spiritual intelligence with a correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.762, and a strong positive simultaneous relationship between self-awareness and the multicultural environment with spiritual intelligence, as indicated by a multiple correlation coefficient (Ry12) of 0.835. These findings indicate that enhancing self-awareness and fostering a supportive multicultural environment contribute to the improvement of students' spiritual intelligence.]]>
