This community service program aims to design and implement an innovative hybrid bazaar business model as a sustainable entrepreneurship learning medium for Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Maumere. The program addresses the gap between theoretical entrepreneurship knowledge and practical application, as survey results showed 78% of 87 students had never run a business, 65% lacked confidence in marketing products, and 82% struggled to transform creative ideas into marketable products. The method employed a participatory and educational approach through Project-Based Learning (PjBL), integrated as a Final Semester Examination (UAS) project. Activities included socialization, intensive training (product innovation, packaging, digital marketing, financial management, and literature-based storytelling), and a hybrid bazaar implementation at Car Free Night Eltari, Maumere, involving 30 students divided into 6 groups. Results showed 100% achievement in creating 6 innovative culinary products and 6 poetry/ short story anthologies, 90% of students felt confident in pitching (exceeding the 80% target), and a 35% increase in MSME partners' turnover (exceeding the 20% target). The average portfolio score reached 85.42 (Very Good category) and pitching score 86.67 (Very Good category). This program successfully demonstrates that the hybrid bazaar model effectively enhances students' entrepreneurial competence while empowering local MSMEs and promoting literacy.
