<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the teacher's role in improving the honesty character education of VB MIN 2 Morotai class students and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teacher in building the honesty character of VB class students at MIN 2 Morotai. To achieve these objectives, this research uses a type of qualitative research with data collection, researchers use observation research methods, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: 1) The values of honesty in class VB MIN 2 Morotai students have not been carried out optimally, , 2) The role of the teacher in instilling the values of honesty in class students VB MIN 2 Morotai is illustrated through activities those inside and outside the class. 3) Factors that influence students' honesty values are based on students' self-awareness, parents and the surrounding environment. The solution that can be done is to establish good communication between school principals, teachers and parents by paying attention to and teaching good things to students.]]>
