<![CDATA[Pancasila, as the foundation of the state, serves not only as a source of values for the formulation of national law, including Islamic family law in Indonesia. However, systematic studies that integrate the educational values of Pancasila and the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as a single epistemological framework for the development of Islamic family law in Indonesia remain limited. This study aims to formulate the integration of Pancasila educational values and maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as an epistemological framework for the reform of Islamic family law in Indonesia. The study employs a juridical-normative approach with philosophical and conceptual analysis through a literature review. The results indicate that Pancasila provides ethical, national, and contextual orientations. Meanwhile, maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah offers a teleological basis oriented toward maṣlaḥah, protection, justice, and humanity. The integration of these two can be seen through the correspondence between the value of belief in God and ḥifẓ al-dīn; the value of humanity and the protection of life, reason, and lineage; the value of unity and family cohesion; the value of deliberation and the principle of shūrā; and the value of social justice and the protection and proportional distribution of rights. These findings contribute to offering an integrative epistemological paradigm that combines the educational values of Pancasila and the maqasid al-sharia within a framework for the development and renewal of Islamic family law in Indonesia]]>
