<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management strategy of surfing tourism at Batu Bolong Beach, Canggu, and to formulate an effective management strategy to support destination sustainability. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this research. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the destination management, Canggu Traditional Village, Village-Owned Enterprise (BUPDA), Canggu Surf Instructor (CSI), tourism business operators, and visitors. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis supported by SWOT analysis to identify the internal and external factors influencing surfing tourism management. The findings reveal that the management of surfing tourism at Batu Bolong Beach adopts a community-based approach through collaboration among the traditional village, local organizations, and tourism businesses, supported by customary regulations, tourism levy systems, and stakeholder cooperation. The SWOT analysis generated two strategic priorities: strengthening community-based surfing tourism management through improved institutional capacity and stakeholder coordination, and developing sustainable surfing tourism packages that integrate surfing activities, environmental conservation, local culture, and community economic empowerment. These strategies are expected to enhance the destination's competitiveness while ensuring the long-term sustainability of surfing tourism at Batu Bolong Beach, Canggu.]]>
