<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of drug abuse prevention policies and examine their implementation from the perspective of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using field research. Data were obtained from primary and secondary sources through interviews and documentation. The informants consisted of officials from the North Lampung Regency Health Office, community leaders, and junior and senior high school students selected based on the relevance of their information to the research focus. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the drug abuse prevention policy has been implemented through socialization and educational activities, cross-sectoral coordination, and program evaluation. However, its implementation remains suboptimal due to budget constraints, limited health promotion personnel, and uneven coverage of socialization activities. From the perspective of Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, policy implementation reflects the principles of amanah in fulfilling governmental responsibilities, maslahah and dar’u al-mafasid in protecting society from the harmful effects of drug abuse, as well as ta’awun, justice, and mas’uliyyah in program implementation.
