<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of work facilities and work discipline on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, at the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning of Deli Serdang Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consisted of 125 employees, while the sample included 96 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. The data used were primary data collected through questionnaires developed based on the indicators of each variable and measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 statistical software. The results indicate that work facilities do not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, work discipline has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work facilities and work discipline influence employee job satisfaction at the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning of Deli Serdang Regency. Work facilities and work discipline contribute to, or serve as determinants of, employee job satisfaction at the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning of Deli Serdang Regency; however, their overall contribution is relatively small. Therefore, various improvements in both work facilities and work discipline are necessary. Priority should be given to improving work facilities, considering that, partially, work facilities do not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction within the Department of Human Settlements and Spatial Planning of Deli Serdang Regency.]]>
