Abstract

This study aims to determine working capital turnover and liquidity on profitability in 2018-2019 at PT. Karya Murni Perkasa Medan. The type of data used is secondary data, the data has been processed and obtained from sources that have been documented in the company including financial statements for 2018 and 2016 as well as company history and the data analysis technique used is by using descriptive methods, namely methods using data compiled, interpreted and analyzed so as to provide a clear and complete picture for solving the problems encountered. Based on the financial statements in the form of a statement of financial position and income statement, analyzed using financial ratios. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that Working Capital as a whole can be said to be less good, because Working Capital Turnover has decreased from 2018-2019. Liquidity, measured by using the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio shows that the company's condition is in good condition, but when compared to the industry average standard, the liquidity ratio in 2018-2019 is declared not good because it is below the average. Financial performance PT. Karya Murni Perkasa in terms of profitability shows the company's financial condition, it is known that net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity have the same ratio level, namely a decrease in each ratio in 2018-2019 and when compared to the industry average standard, each ratio in 2018-2019 is not good because it is still below the average.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya penurunan pembelian produk Lipstick Wardah dalam kurun waktu Januari 2018 – Juni 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuidan menganalisis pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap minat konsumen membeli kosmetik lipstick  Wardah pada mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara.Populasidalam penelitianiniberjumlah511mahasiswi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. Sampeldalampenelitianiniadalah84responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional random. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Data sekunder diperoleh dari buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian data menunjukkan bahwa harga dan promosi secara serentak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat konsumen membeli kosmetik lipstick Wardah dibuktikan melalui pengujian signifikansi simultan diperoleh Fhitung (44,965) ≥ Ftabel (3,11) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 0,05. Melalui uji signifikansi parsial dinyatakan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh secarapositif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Konsumen, hal init erlihat dari thitung≥ ttabel (3,401 ≥ 1,989) dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,001 ≤ 0,05) dan berpengaruh secarapositif dan signifikan terhadap MinatKonsumen, haliniterlihatdarithitung ≥ ttabel (4,144 ≥ 1,989) dengan tingkat signifikansi (0,000 ≤ 0,05).Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2)  diperoleh nilai R = 0,514 yang artinya terdapat hubungan yang cukup erat antara harga dan promosi terhadap minat konsumen membeli kosmetik lipstick  Wardah pada mahasiswi fakultas ekonomi Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara yaitu sebesar 51,4%.

Abstract

In the era of globalization of business competition that is increasingly advanced and continues to increase, the pattern of people’s lives is predicted to experience significant changes. Excellence in this competition is mainly price discounts that can create consumer interest.This study aims to determine how much influence price discount has on impulse buying decisions, the effect of in-store displays on impulse buying decisions and the effect of price discounts and joint in-store displays on the decision on impulse buying on Miniso products.This study uses quantitative methods. This research was carried out on Miniso in Medan. The time of the study was conducted in December 2018 to Maret 2019. The population in this study could not ensure consumers who made impulsive purchases in Miniso Sun Plaza Medan and sample in this study were 96 respondents. As a research sample and sampling technique using a non probability sampling method that is by purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression.Based on the results of the regression coefficient at the price discount of 0.305 with the value of tcount of 4.461 and the regression coefficient value in the in-store display of 0.323 with the value of tcount 3.842. Value the F test, the calculated value is 39.621 Ftable 3.09 and the significant level for the F test is 0.000 0.05. It means that price discount and in-store display have a positive and significant effect on the decision of impulse buying.

Abstract

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a party that organizes and provides a means to bring together securities buying and selling offers of other parties with the aim of trading securities between them (Indonesia Free, 2020). This type of research is quantitative by using the sampling technique is purposive sampling. To collect data samples, researchers used secondary data, namely documentation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Then a time series analysis is carried out, namely a comparative analysis of financial ratios from one period to another where ratio analysis is used, namely financial ratio analysis consisting of ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. This study aims to analyze the ratio of financial statements as a tool to assess the level of success of financial performance at Pt. Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To find out to what extent the development of performance at PT. Argha Karya Prima Industry Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis anggaran dan profitabilitas sebagai alat bantu manajemen guna mengoptimalkan laba pada Tasyah Mart Kerasaan.Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif adalah suatu metode yang bertujuan untuk membuat atau mendeskripsikan tentang suatu keadaan secara objektif yang menggunakan angka, mulai dari pengumpulan data, pengumpulan data terhadap data tersebut serta penampilan dan hasilnya. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh peneliti secara tidak langsung melalui perantara (diperoleh dan dicatat oleh pihak lain). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi karena data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan pada perusahaan Tasyah Mart Kerasaan selama tiga tahun periode yaitu 2020-2022, selanjutnya data tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan analisis anggaran dan profitabilitas.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas mengalami fluktuasi dengan nilai tertinggi di tahun 2021 dan terendah di tahun 2020. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena total aset dan laba bersih di perusahaan mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan dari tahun ke tahun. Anggaran operasional yang disusun selama tiga tahun, sesuai dengan budgeting theory menurut Suharsimi (2015:1) dikarenakan perusahaan menggunakan sistem anggaran dengan baik. Hal tersebut menyebabkan perusahaan dapat mengkontrol biaya yang seharusnya dikeluarkan dalam setiap periode permintaan dana. Sistem anggaran yang disusun setiap periode singkat dinilai cukup optimal untuk membantu keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

This research paper explores the significant role of Generation Z individuals in the successful execution of the Generation Program Planning (GENRE) and its impact on shaping the family setup and lifestyle of the future. Generation Z, born roughly between the mid-1990s and early 2010s, represents a generation that has grown up in a technologically advanced and interconnected world. As they enter adulthood and become active members of society, understanding their influence on the family structure and lifestyle choices is essential for policymakers, educators, and families themselves. The findings reveal that Generation Z plays a crucial role in the implementation of the Generation Program Planning, actively shaping the family setups and lifestyles of the future. Their unique perspectives, tech-savvy nature, and emphasis on social and environmental consciousness influence the ways families function and interact. However, the research also identifies certain barriers to successful implementation, such as traditional norms, resistance from older generations, and socioeconomic disparities.Ultimately, this study sheds light on the Generation Z cohort's impact on the Generation Program Planning and its implications for family life. Policymakers and educators can use these insights to design more effective programs that cater to the needs and values of this generation. As Generation Z continues to grow in influence, understanding their role in shaping family setups and lifestyles becomes paramount for a sustainable and thriving society.
