<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to strengthen Posyandu services in Desa Gondang through the application of early anemia detection technology. Limited access to health examinations has caused anemia to be underdiagnosed in rural communities, especially among pregnant women and vulnerable groups. The implementation method involved technology transfer, participatory assistance for Posyandu cadres, and direct health service activities involving the community. Approximately 137 participants consisting of pregnant women, elderly individuals, and productive-age community members were involved. The results show that Posyandu cadres were able to independently conduct early anemia screening, while the community gained easier access to health examinations and increased health awareness. The activity concludes that the application of appropriate health technology at the community level is effective in improving service quality and supporting sustainable community-based health services.]]>
