<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to determine the cognitive improvement of the 4th grade students after the group investigation learning model was implemented. The method used is classroom action research (CAR) which is implemented in three cycles. The subjects were 21 of the 4th grade students at SD Negeri Pineung, and data were collected through tests, observation sheets, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the average score in cycle I was 43, with a percentage of 0%. Furthermore, the average score in cycle II was 67, with a percentage of 42%. And the average score in cycle III reached 82 with a completion percentage of 100%. So it can be concluded that the application of the group investigation learning model can improve student learning outcomes.]]>
