This study uses a quantitative research type with a pre-experimental design one goup pretest and posttest method. The results showed that the level of interest in learning before being given treatment (pretest) was in the low category with an average of 73.2 After being given treatment (posttest) the level of students' interest in learning increased which was in the high category with an average of 120. Based on the results of the t-test, it is known that the significance value of Sig. is .000 which means less than 0.05, there is a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that self-management techniques in group guidance services are effective in increasing interest in learning because there is an increase after being given treatment.
