<![CDATA[This study examines the management of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning in early childhood at the Hasanka Islamic Boarding School in Palangka Raya. This research is based on tahfidz learning which still tends to focus on methods, so it has not been studied in a comprehensive study of learning management. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of tahfidz learning in early childhood at the Hasanka Islamic Boarding School in Palangka Raya. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The subjects of the study include tahfidz teachers, institutional managers, leaders of the boarding schools and students. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman's interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that tahfidz learning management is carried out through systematic planning, structured implementation, and continuous assessment. Planning includes gradual memorization targets and a structured schedule. The implementation emphasizes the method of repetition such as talqin and murojaah. Assessments are carried out periodically to measure the fluency, accuracy, and consistency of memorization. This research contributes to the sustainability of tahfidz learning of the Qur'an in early childhood.]]>
